Puri Gangga is a stunning resort set amidst the lush Balinese jungle, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that's a great getaway from the hustle of Ubud. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for us, but some areas, particularly in the dining and room cleanliness, could definitely use some improvement.

My stay at the resort was unforgettable, enveloped in the beauty of Balinese culture and surrounded by stunning views of nature. The rooms felt like a slice of paradise, and the attentive and friendly staff made everything more comfortable.
